I just got my new build with a z490 gaming edge wifi motherboard and tried to connect my bluetooth bose headphones to the pc. I tried with various devices, went through various driver updates and did a lot of other troubleshooting and minor things like switiching bluetooth on/off etc. Hey guys, I've recently encountered an issue where my bluetooth has stopped working on my onboard x570 gaming edge wifi motherboard. If I go to 'Bluetooth & other devices' screen and click on 'Add Bluetooth device', I immediately get a 'Couldn't connect' message. In device manager I see 'Intel (R) Wireless Bluetooth (R)' device, however the If your MSI Motherboard has Bluetooth then you need to go to MSI SUPPORT and download the Bluetooth driver for the motherboard if the motherboard has Bluetooth/Wifi feature integrated in it.
